"I don't think you should be going into the forrest alone. We don't know what's out there. I'm fine, I could go with you." Harlow stood up and wobbled a little, her head throbbing. She blinked a couple of times and tried to steady herself. A few people looked her way and a couple looked worried, but she never admitted when something was wrong.

Liam got up with her and wrapped an arm around her waist. "You okay? Here, let me help you." Liam tried to ignore the other survivors on the beach. He wasn't a cruel or selfish person, he was just attuned to people's energies. He knew they needed help too, but he couldn't help them all. First come, first serve.
He helped her climb the small sand hills and led her through the dense, rough foliage. "Almost there...." Liam grabbed the large tree branch that was standing in their way and pull until it finally broke off. "Alright, which way first?"

"Thanks. Um, let's try going straight for a little." Harlow walked slowly, making sure she didn't fall, but she was still having a little bit of a hard time keeping her balance. "So why were you on the plane?" She wanted to keep her mind off of the pounding in her head.
She made sure to look around for any sign of berries or other kinds of fruit. She held onto Liam, just in case, since there were broken branches and plants all around.

"Well, I was vacationing in Australia, checking out the Opera House in Sydney and trekking through the beautiful land with some friends. It was amazing. Australia's dangerous but it's so captivating at the same time. We went out with a guide and hung out with some of the more friendly animals that the locals took care of. Kangaroos were my favorite. I got punched once. Cute thing almost broke my ribs," he chuckled.
"Then I boarded the plane to come back home. I'm not from LA but I wanted to make a stop there so that I could visit the San Diego Zoo. I love animals, in case you hadn't noticed. If my music career doesn't go anywhere, i'll probably travel the world studying animals and nature. So that's why I was on the plane," he said smiling sweetly. He wanted to keep her distracted. She looked like she was in a lot of pain. "What's your favorite fruit? I'll keep an eye out for it."

"Strawberries, but I don't think you'll find them here. Wish I new where my luggage was, I always keep pain killers in there." She also kept her asthma medicine in there but she rarely had an attack. Only when she runs a lot had she ever had a problem. After only a few more steps she tripped and fell to the forrest floor. "Ouch."
She sat up and dusted off the palms of her hands which were covered with dirt. She wasn't usually this clumbsy, she had taken gymnastics as a little girl. "I'll take any fruit right now, just so I don't trip anymore. I'll end up skewing my head with a branch." She chuckled softly at her dry humor.

"I wouldn't let that happen," he smiled, taking her hands in his and carefully brushing off the dirt and pebbles. "Well, let's keep going," he said wrapping his arm around her waist again and heading toward the sound of birds. "If there are birds around, then there's no predators around. Unless they have a secret agreement to trick the humans," he chuckled. "If we can find water, that isn't the ocean, we should be alright. Fresh water, fruit, shelter...."

"Yeah I know let's hope--Hey! There's some!" Harlow looked up and in one of the trees there were some round fruit, mangos. It wasn't a large tree, but she would not be able to climb it in her condition that was just waiting for disaster. She sat down, her hand reaching for her head as she leaned against a rock. The heat wasn't helping her headache.

"Alright, you stay. Please try to relax, alright? Fruit is on the way," he gave her a crooked grin and then jumped up on the tree. He climbed the tree like a monkey and reached the top in no time. He started knocking fruit to the ground. He kept the really good ones wrapped up in his shirt. He was on his last fruit when a little howler monkey jumped onto the tree and poked him in the eyes. "Ow!" he yelled, falling to the ground. He landed on his back and emitted a low groan. "Stupid monkey." The good fruit rolled out of his shirt and one of them made its way to Harlow's side.

"Are you alright?!" Harlow sounded worried, which was understandable since Liam had fallen out of a tree. She got up and staggered the few feet over to Liam, kneeling down next to him. He looked fine but she couldn't be sure of that.
"Hey! What are you two doing out here? It could be dangerous." Ana-Lucia came out from the bushes, staring at the two. She had gone to check out Harlow and her wound when she noticed they were gone, nobody had seen them so she went into the jungle.

"Ugh, i'm fine," he groaned, pushing himself up into a sitting position. He almost had a heart attack when he heard Ana-Lucia's voice. It startled him and he almost jumped out of his skin. He gripped his chest and then chuckled at himself. "Where were looking for food and trying to get away from the chaos. The smoke isn't too healthy either." Liam held up a mango and smiled. "Hungry?" He tossed one of the better mangoes to Harlow and another to Ana-Lucia. "A monkey did try to kill me though."

"We don't know what's out here, it would be safer for you two to stay on the beach for right now. Especially you, you could have a concussion from the blow to the head." Ana-Lucia said to Harlow. She caught one of the mangos and smiled a little. "Nice finding some food though." She walked over to Harlow and helped her up.
"Take her back to the beach and I'll gather some more fruit."
Harlow nodded. "I guess I'll take it easy. If you need any help I could walk back by myself, I'd be fine." She was being a little modest, but she would make it back to the beach okay.

Liam gathered up as much fruit as he could and stuffed it in his shirt. "I'll take these back the beach too. Those people need to eat. Every needs the energy." Liam wrapped his arm around her waist again and helped her back down to the beach. Just before they broke through the tree line, that little howler monkey jumped on Liam's shoulder. It gripped onto his hair and made a cute squeaking noise. It was just a baby. "Umm, I think this monkey is looking for bugs in....in my hair...."

Harlow giggled and watched the monkey, it was cute. "I think you made a friend." She joked as she stepped over a large branch. She took a bite out of her mango, it tasted so good. She didn't know just how hungry she was until she bit into it.
Ana-Lucia looked up the tree, sighed, and walked over to it. She placed one foot onto the trunk of the tree before lifting herself up and climbing to the fruit. It was easy to stay on the trunk when she was up at the top. One by one she pulled the mangos down until the tree was bare.

Liam decided that the monkey could stay along for the ride since he wasn't doing him any harm. Actually, the cute little monkey was keeping his hair clean. Liam watched her take a bite out of the mango and felt his jaw drop a little. It wasn't a secret that he found her attractive. Who wouldn't find her attractive? He quickly closed his mouth and looked away, trying to hide the blush that was forming. "So umm, I actually don't know your name yet," he laughed nervously.

"Oh, I'm sorry. My names Harlow. Harlow Russo." Harlow walked onto the the beach and she was actually happy to be there. She'd be able to sit down and stay there. She was a little tired, most likely from her headache. Her eyes were getting heavy, but everytime she squeezed them shut her stitches hurt.
