Welcome to the town of Shadowtree, a small town in New York State. Miles from any big city Shadowtree's residents seem to be everyday normal people.
At least that's how most new folks see it as, when they first cross Fawn Crossing Bridge into the small town. It seems so peaceful but crossing that boundary they will start to notice that things seem a little strange. As so many questions pass through their heads:
Why are there strong howls in the depths of night? Why do some people not come out of their homes during the day? Why is the cemetery padlocked at night? What's with the random encounters of otherworldly beings? Why do people lock their own doors at night? Why are there mysterious shadowy figures by Kawa River?
If a tree falls in the woods and no one's around does it really make a sound?
As they look around they start to notice things more each day the residents seem to all have something to hide. Along with days full of small town drama to pull one away from the strange aura that surrounds the town.
