Personality:
Mia is very sweet and fun loving. She acts immature at times but she always ends up getting laughs. Others come before her in her mind, she doesn't like doing things for herself. She gets shy around guys she likes, but otherwise she's more outgoing. Most of the time she won't talk to people first but she'll open up when she gets to know them. She's stubborn at times, she got that from her mother.

History:
Harlow was born in Manchester, England to Laura and John Russo. Her mother left when she was three because she didn't want children. She grew up with her father, who dated a lot, but never stayed in a relationship.
Her father was into gambling and by the time she was thirteen he was in debt to a lot of people. A year later two men in black suits came to their apartment and beat her father while she tried to stop them. They threatened to kidnap her if he didn't pay by the end of the month.
Out of fear her father moved them to Australia and got her enrolled in school. He found a girl he could actually settle down with and was engaged to her. Her family was in America so her father and Harlow went to meet them before the wedding.
